2011 Project

The project is now finished for 2011. We hope to stage it again another year. Every contributing artist and papergirl received a small booklet about the event.

Gallery Open

The gallery was open on Saturday 24th and had a steady stream of visitors during the day included some who had received rolls of art on the previous Saturday and at least two of the contributing artists.

Gallery Set Up

Today the gallery was set up in the 'Pavements' shopping area of Chesterfield. All is now ready for the one day opening on Saturday.

Distribution Day!

Almost 100 rolls of art were given out in Chesterfield today!

Look out for the gallery in the 'Pavements' next Saturday.

Catch some Art!

All the artwork will be distributed on Saturday 17th September. The Papergirls are meeting at Bobbin Mill Lane at 11.00am.

The route they will take is along Goyt Side/Dock Walk to the Queen's Park where others will join at the cafe. After that over the bridge onto West Bars, through New Square and up to Knifesmithgate and along to the Tourist Information Centre at 12.00.

Collating and Bundling

Yesterday evening all the artwork was rolled up by the 'Papergirls' ready for distribution on Saturday
